I’ve used for several years and have been happy with results however my last 2 results were horrible. I can’t believe they even returned them to me looking like they did. I can’t use the pictures and they won’t fix or respond. Very disappointed and disgusted.

She always does as requested and looks natural and nice!

They promise your edit completed in 2 hours I have now been waiting for 7 hours and my edit says “in process” If there is a problem with your paid edit you have no way to get it corrected You can message the Designer but they will NOT respond so hope your edit is correct the first time around There is NO Customer Service Filled out their online form 3 times and NO reply

This picture was not corrected at all. Usually line sagging in the neck area are smoothed, not this time. I am not happy. I did not see an update at all. Paid for nothing

I hate the fact that the artist can do pictures in 5 minutes ALL WRONG ! &. Theres no way to get your money back or a do over:

I have alway had a good experience with this app. Always satisfied. But this time I sent in an over exposed photo. Very self explanatory. However when I got it back, there was one line across the face. That’s it. I am going to try to use the more expensive option to see if that makes a difference. But I shouldn’t have to do that.

Don't waste your time. Everything you touch you will have to pay.

0 stars send them a picture to complete for me. Didn’t like it so I message the person that was assigned to it. 3 messages were sent and no response.

Same as the previous review. I have pending photos, and whenever I press sync, it says send through email. Never works and I waded 9$ on nothing. Is it a bug? What’s going on :(

I love using this app but every time I have an issue if I pay for something and my order doesn’t go through and they tell me to send via email and then I try to email them the confirmation number of my order so they could send it to me i get no response. I email like 100 times and nobody ever responds they don’t have a number, I go to the website and use the contact option from the website and I still get no response. I have like three orders that I paid for that I’ve never gotten.

I tried to use all the tools available to me on my iPhone 11, but to no avail , this was an express order but I expected better results from a professional ! I love your app ! I have always been very pleased by the results.

I am not good with editing photos. The professionals do and excellent job all of the time.

I don’t know what has changed, but the custom photo option it has been taking quite a bit longer than it used to lately. I don’t know if there are not enough people to do the photos. When I finally get them they do look good but I really don’t want to read four and five hours.

This is my second time using this app and I love it! They are amazing at editing photos! They have removed objects from photos, make my makeup look better, get wrinkles out of clothes, etc. I could not be happier! I definitely recommend!

I don’t even want to give this app one star. Please do not even bother getting this app. Not only will you be wasting your money, they take FOREVER to respond back. I keep coming back hoping this time will be different. They keep disappointing me and there is no contact information so this is my only platform to express my disappointment.

I’ve given this app a few chances just to do minor touch up work and they always don’t do what I asked and they do whatever they feel like. They change things you don’t want changed and when you contact them to fix it they don’t respond. They don’t refund either so don’t bother with customer service they tell you to contact the designer and deal with them yourself. Invest in good photoshop this ain’t it. Ok, I may be wrong I sent a gif and I’m not even sure if they work on them. What I got back was a random still of the gif. I’m pretty sure the guy doing the work saw that it was a gif. My question is simple...why did you charge me if you don’t work on that format? I’m not very happy about you just going ahead and doing a completely useless job. The finished product is already trashed thanks .

I sent a picture because I wanted the background blurred and the results were great. Also, the editor is super responsive. I noticed that my hair was a little blurred out when I got the results and asked the editor to fix it, and she fixed it within minutes. Only thing is that the app itself is somewhat slow and takes a bit to load at times. Will definitely continue using this app!

Quick way for a quick fix

Wow..I am totally amazed at the transformation of a vintage photo of my Grandmother! Will definitely use this service again!

I usually get the best edits from this app but my last edit wasn’t even edited. They took my money. I have to email them for them to respond and I don’t know how long it usually takes for response. I give them 1 star because of my last edit. They never stir me wrong but this one time is a no for me.

Love this app. I use it all the time to edit selfies removing people and things from the photo. The only bad thing is I am not able to send my artist a message if they forget to do something. I have to send the photo back in and pay again. Please fix this issue.

Took to long 😱

This app is a joke. I asked for a photo to be made to look more Fall like and color of leaves changed. All they did was throw a filter on it (which is something I could’ve done) and when I reached out for a refund or a redo customer service was very rude and basically told me I was lying and wrong and the leaves were changed to orange. I can very clearly see that they are still green with a filter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

So I downloaded the app looking to see if thwy could edit my daughters picture for her birthday that I took. App advertising that edit would be completed within 2 hours. I submitted it before 11 am. It is now 2pm. With no picture completed. So far advertising needs to change. Let's see how professional the edit is. Please keep in mind I purchased the custom order... Here is my update, the artist did a wonderful job with my daughters picture smoothing it out and removed the shine from her face. Just as I requested. I definitely think the time promised to customer should be removed and instead adviced would be longer. There's nothing like this in another app. So I give it 3.5 stars closer to 4

I am so grateful I came across this app and no matter what phone I upgrade to, I ALWAYS remember to download this particular app. I am always pleased with my editing. Sometimes it takes a minute, kind of lengthy, but overall I am always pleased! Thanks and please keep the quality work coming!

I paid 2.99 and they sent me exactly same photo!!!

I placed an order and my order disappeared and was never processed. I contacted the app support and was told to resubmit my order. I choose not to resubmit my order. A few days later I got charged again. I didn’t place an order. Very upset that this issue has not been resolved. Please have someone contact me.

Pretty good app been using it for years now. Wish it ran a big faster seems outdated, also wish you can choose who you want to edit your pics
